Deer and wolves getting stuck in fences and fallen trees

I have run across a few deer and wolves getting stuck in fences or fallen trees at both the unknown pond and the trappers cabin. I should not complain as it makes the kill a bit easier, but I am sure this is not supposed to happen in game. Mind you at that moment I would love to just pull out my knife and slit their throats thus saving one more precious bullet.
