Rifle disappears when I exit any building

I am not sure anyone else is having this experience, I arm myself before heading out the door of any building I may be in, but when I enter the outdoors I have to rearm myself again. A small bit annoying and if Fluffy happens to be sitting in wait for me I can not do what I did as a kid and lift my arms up with my pretend gun and yell out: pew pew pew and hope he/she falls over dead.

I've had the same issue repeatedly since the last update. Some line of code somewhere needs a tweak.

This has already been reported as a bug (twice actually). I'm sure it will get fixed in the next update.
