suggestion Tree textures update

I am playing The long dark on PC the game is a masterpiece, I love the story and survival mode si great, but everytime I play I cannot focus on anything but the trees. The game is so beautiful with the snow falling and the sun light but the trees textures are horrible, they look like they are from a ps2 game. I play on PC and the highest setting possible is "half" I guess it's good for low end rigs but if you want visual quality and have everything set to high, the trees really destroy everything, and I consider in a game so immersive and the long dark good graphics are important. 

Now dont get me wrong, I like the unusual graphics style of the game, it somehow reminds me of Firewatch, a game I love, but the trees textures are just bad.

Thats is true they are way too big too. Big trees like that should be rare.
