Inconsistent Initial Highlighting of Items in Inventory

The initial highlighting of items in the inventory is inconsistent when switching between different item types.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make sure you have more than one type of items in your inventory (e.g. "Clothing" and "Tools")
   
2. Open the inventory and select one of types - not "All"
   
3. Close the inventory
   
4. Open the inventory again: Only the selected item is highlighted. (see screenshot 1)
   
5. Select type "All": All additional tiles not shown before switching type will be highlighted (see screenshot 2)
   
6. Move the mouse over the highlighted items and they will revert to be non-highlighted (see screenshot 3)

Happens in V.199.

Can be reproduced every time.
