Dying as soon as I enter BI workshop

Anybody else die as soon as they enter the workshop at the cannery in the Bleak Inlet? I finally got the door code, got there during an aroura, and opened the door. Right after the loading screen I was electrocuted and died before I could even move. 

Talk about a disappointing ending to that sandbox....

There are some bare cables in the workshop that can cause electrocution and damage...however I would suspect this was a bug.  I think I had that happen to me at some point in Broken Railroad at the maint shed.  If it is a bug, I'm guessing it's one of those that is hard to reproduce and fix.
