Ice Hole
Battery Gang Five Challenge Battery Gang Five wants to go to the plane door at the summit of Timberwolf Mountain. On Interloper I have found only two so far. Voyageur has a one day head start Stalker has a one week head start Interloper has a two week head start Record your time and subtract the head start. If you do not appreciate the auto walk key then give this challenge a try. Edited May 16, 2020 by Ice Hole Brought to you by ZAP Inc
Ice Hole
Here I completed a baseline Pilgrim run. The route will take at least three trips as it is impossible to move if all five are carried altogether. Find one and go to top of TWM and start brewing coffee. Once Well Fed you can then climb ropes and carry two at time.
Ice Hole
Interloper run is starting out decent. Found some good clothing. I almost forgot to look. Found another in Crumbling Highway Found the hacksaw and prybar at Hibernia. Going back anyways. There is a birch and maple sapling with two guts curing back in Desolation Point. Ice Hole
Going to Desolation Point I decided to grab some food for the road. Grab all the cattails from the creek. In DP I forgot to check the truck and car at Hibernia. After a quick battle at Coastal Town it was then fully searched. Now off to Pleasant Valley through the Cinder mine. Battery Two remained and played Bingo. After searching Rural Crossroad I took the road up to Misty Falls then a quick sleep at the Prepper's cache. At Deer Clearing two deer were slaughtered. Battery One is in place. Battery Two will be a tough go due to the internal parasites I got back in Coastal Highway. Trying to keep Well Fed might not be the best strategy in the early days. Climbing ropes can be done by first dropping everything. Battery is brought to the top of rope climb then back down for the gear then back to the top. Ice Hole
This is going to be a long journal entry. Battery Two was left behind at the Town Hall but I needed to first heal up before returning to TWM. Making my way overt to Draft Dodgers and made a stop at the Point of Disagreement. Fro DD explored the area. Finally flushed those bugs! Battery won at bingo. Now to head back to TWM. Mr. Moose is here to help. Scrambled my way to the top using the ropes laid out. Battery One and Battery Two ready for action. Well this is called Deer Clearing for a reason. Never knew that fishing gear is better for hides. Cool. Now back to Pleasant Valley. From Long Curve I made my way to the Radio Tower. Then onto Mystery Lake. Battery is scarce. Up to Milton. Battery! You are a credit to your kind. Battery stays at grammy's house. Battery Three holds the line. Off to Broken Railroad. Batery can sometimes spawn here on this work bench. Had to turn back because i forgot to check this truck at the bridge. Battery Three is at the Carter Dam an now I am off to check the last region. Down the Ravine and into Bleak Inlet. I am down at the cabin at the Lower Ravine Falls. Battery Four and Five are still missing. Edited May 27, 2020 by Ice Hole 1
ajb1978
I pretty much ignored the rules and did my own thing, starting a custom game with a 4x time multiplier, extremely high loot tables, and non-hostile wildlife so I could focus on the task at hand. I took my time and scoured the entire island, and now I present to you...13 batteries.
Garring
ajb78, it looks like you've already had experience with the game before?
