for sure! I also thought about it. and still need to reduce wear clothes during strong winds - enough that the hero freezes. then we could make it difficult for the hero movement without glasses during a snow storm, maybe add animation as hand covers his face from the wind (this slows the movement of walking). glasses, you can move faster

Goggles are useful, but in deep cold balaclavas are even more essential.

That's a good idea. Perhaps you should start a balaclavas thread on the wishlist?

They would be very nice, especially in snowstorms, but they would be essentially useless in game, as the wind and snow blowing in your eyes aren't modeled in game, and a squinting overlay would probably be pretty lame. +1 to balaclava's though, and goggles could just give a warmth bonus.

I was thinking they would reduce how much your speed is lowered when walking into the wind, which is quite drastic in the game right now. That would be very useful.
