Themadlad94
In the game, one of the best kinds of wood is a fire log, which is a log filled with chemicals, and a good source of heat. I think it would be a cool addition to be able to make you own. This would be done by gathering sticks for the wood, and then grabbing chemicals, like fertilizer. Then you would go to a workbench and craft a fresh fire log, but you can’t use it yet. You have to wait for the chemicals to dry, sort of like how guts need to cure before being used for crafting. The same rules apply to the fresh fire logs. Just a quick idea I had.
ManicManiac
@Themadlad94 The firelogs are actually one of the least fuel efficient thing in the game (right next to books & sticks )... The best fuel both in terms of temperature and burn time is objectively coal. I'll compare: Fule Burn Time Temperature Increase Firelog - 1 hour per Kg - 10.5*C per Kg Coal - 3.33 hours per Kg - 66.7*C per Kg For those who don't understand metric units... Coal is better, by a wide margin. Even common cedar wood has better heat output and burn time than a fuel log per Kg/Lb I don't really see a need to be able to craft firelogs when Coal is so much better and already very renewable.
