Bug name: missing sounds of the flare and missing sound (sound of the weather) during loading screen

Bug description: on PV inside the barn I lit a flare and it didn't produce any noise at all. After leaving the barn the flare became noisy (outside). Apart from that during loading screen the sound (of the weather) is always interrupted

Repro steps: the missing sound between two areas can be listened to (to be more precisely not listens to) always. The flare that didn't sound could not be repeated due to the lack flares
