What are hunter blinds for?

I thought they were a place you can hunt bears or something but it gets real cold out there in Interloper. Just a dead zone

they used to be a safe zone from wildlife where you could hunt fairly easily.  these days im not sure and im not keen on finding out vs a bear.  they are effectively just loot spots to me.

It gives cover agaisnt the wind if you crouch. You're safe from wolves, Bear get closer without reacting to your presence.

But a bear did get me in there once.  He was running pass and forth but at some point, he just charged in to abuse me 😉
