Allow gunpowder to be made in any workbench

Bullets should be fully made at the ammunition workbench makes sense. But I think mixing in gunpowder could be mixed in a workbench.

Yes, to be honest i dont see reason why ammo craftin is in cannery which doesnt make any sense. Move it to hunting lodge, please.

 

Also crafting it in all workebenches make gun powder more usable even as accelerant.

This is the mill for precisely grinding the gunpowder so the grain size is precise and correct. Why would there be one on every workbench?
