Strange bug when i start loosing blood/starving (see video)

Hi, i have found an strange bug which makes the gameplay of TLD unplayable. Everytime when i start starving or i start loosing health/blood, my charakter start doing strange things (see video)

 

This bug appears only when i am shortly before dying, is this a bug or from the newly update?

It has been in the game since I started playing over a year ago. You're talking about the stumbling right?

This is normal. When you drop below 10% condition you start to lose control over your character, stumbling and staggering.  The closer to 0% you are, the more profound the staggering is.

Edit: To clarify this is not a bug, this is the result of you being very near death.  You're barely hanging on, and can't even walk properly.

Yeah, I start freaking out at about 50-60% cause I know I need to heal up somewhere before I get problems and I might start to get the stumbles if Im out and have a resource depleted…...On interloper it could be cold or food. So yeah, its kinda freaky.
