The distress pistol does not spawn at the PV crash site.

However, a distress pistol does not spawn in the valley now even in survival mode. Only for games started after v1.69 patch. Except for save data continuing from the previous version.
Previously it spawned occasionally.(Except Interloper)

Is this a bug or a replacement for the pistol at the Bleak Inlet fallen lighthouse?

Even v1.71 PV crash site, it does not spawn.

The only time Iv ever seen the distress pistol at the PV crash site was during the story mode. Other than that, never seen it pop back up there.....Darn shame since Iv never found the bow in the cave nearby point of disagreement since the errant pilgrim update.
