Need bears for bedroll

Four black bear hides are needed for crafting a bear bedroll but there are only three bears in PV. Am I missing something that no one has brought this issue up until now? Are there more bears in PV, are there bears in the other two maps, do they respawn? I'm running around for a week now in search for another bear though only in PV, the three bears I've shot haven't respawned yet.

Would be very helpful to get some more info on how to get the fourth hide, I want to camp in the middle of the frozen sea in CH to see if the smell indeed repells the wolves

Wow thank you so much, so there are four bears? It appears I missed the one in the top left corner, will definitely check it out again.
