Easy save

Just noticed the game saves when i get the change of internal parasites ( eating cooked wolf or bear meat). This provides a simple and fast way of saving a game when other ways (sleeping, passing time, etc.) are not available.

True, but unfortunately, you cannot force this condition (well, I suppose you could if you gorged yourself to get to 100% chance).

I think a safer way to force a save would be to walk across a slope (or gentle incline if you're carrying too much weight) and get a sprain.  That's a lot easier to treat than intestinal parasites.  I don't mess with those - I've gotten parasites several times from a 1% chance, and not gotten them from a 75% chance.
