Episode 3 is still Locked?

Episode 3 is still locked for me.. I am at a lost. I've talk to Hinterland support, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I cleared up most save slots, I have beaten the Wintermute and Wintermute Redux, I've reloaded Episode 2 at different spots, I've waited for the credits to complete to see if says continue and it doesn't and I'm on 1.62 build. I am on the GOG service and all I want to do is play episode 3. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated?

If you've already submitted a ticket on the support portal, or have otherwise been in contact with the support team... then I'd say you are already in the best possible hands.  You also might be experiencing a GoG problem, however I'm sure the Hinterland folks are looking into it for you if you've already spoken with them.

I know it sucks, but it may just come down to waiting to see what Hinterland gets back to you with.
 

 
General question for everyone looking at this thread... Have any of you other GoG customers seeing anything similar?

What do you mean by you use the GOG  version but not GOG galaxy?

I think I’m out of luck. I wish I just bought the game through Steam way back when. I tried to save a few bucks and look where it got me. Ha.
