Episode 3 Ps4 Bug

I'm having a bit of an issue on the Ps4 version. Spoiler Alert! Stop reading if you do not wish to know anything about episode 3!! Im at the part where Astrid is in the mine and has to figure a way out. As I'm about to walk on the wood on the ground in the tunnel, i know shes supposed to break through it, and wake up in the botton. My game freezes, becomes un responsive and she doesnt break through the wood. The sound effects are there. Sounds like she breaks through but my game just freezes and becones unresponsive. Help plz!!?? 😔

I got the same problem and I can't for the life of me report the bug, I always get the blank page telling me I don't got the authorisation for seeing the page :'(
