I'm an Xbox one player and I get stuttering graphics every time the wind blows and/or the snow is falling heavy. I turn my character and the game does a full stop trying to catch up. Dunno if this is Xbox exclusive or other people get this on PC as well. It's cost me wolf attack encounters more than once.
