Safe unlocked but not open

Escape should back out of the activity -- it was just missing as this is an older interface that didn't use the same conventions. That is fixed for v0.4.

The incorrect lock state is interesting... I haven't seen that before. Had you unlocked the safe in a previous game (without shutting down the game)?
