Need information. I clicked on the Milton bag 40 and got 39. Im trying to add a question to new mailbag. What do I click on or search for?

What's so odd about your question is that you've used the Milton Mailbag Question Thread before... Most recently on August 1st.

I've encountered the issue of clicking on 40 and landing on 39 as well. The tile on the right side of the main page, not the link in the Milton Mailbag category.
