Can't enter Pleasant Valley

I have found my way to the entrance to Pleasant Valley 4 times. Each time it starts loading, but fails and sends me back to my desktop. Have tried to start a new game, but with the same result. Got any ideas on what to do?

We have heard a few others with the same problem and are currently working on a fix for this. Sorry about the inconvenience.
