Help! Wintermute crashes when i try to start it!

I was going to play wintermute i select the game mode i want and then start and then the game crashes. Survival mode works fine however. I verified the game files and reinstalled the game and it still did not work. And my PC is quite fast.

Feels to me to be the only unusual part here. Maybe you can try installing this stuff, and it might just do the trick.
