Almost wolf attack while entering a bulding

I was strolling outside the gas station when a wolf focused on me. I ran as fast as I could towards the entrance of the gas station and I made it. As soon as I touched the handle the wolf took me wanted to fight with me. For a very short time saw the usual fighting screen before it disappeared and the loading screen appeared.

I know that a wolf can't attack once one grabbed the handle (this was fixed in an earlier update). However the screen is still visible though.

AFIK, that's was added design a while ago - also known as a close call attack (usually with no damage taken)

So it seems I was lucky as I didn't suffer any damage. Sure it'll be fixed as the game progresses. Thank you guys.
