Running while encumbered (found in v.03)

Sorry to reopen this topic.

I just left the Trapper's Homestead and picked up some venison which "Encumbered" me. But when I continued on, I was still able to run (Left Shift). I have a screenshot of my current state and location, but can't really show running, but it does occur.

Ok -- I'll look into the thresholds again and see what's going on.
