Died for unknown reason (FIXED in v.04))

This is a bit older (found this screenshot - it was made on wednesday, 18th June). But I want to show this though.

Not sure wether I found it in v.01 or v.02. Maybe the creation date gives a hint.

I think this has been fixed. If it's found again in v.03, we'll reopen it.

We did fix some issues with cause of death, but I believe Jonas found a new one. It appears if you die while suffering from Food Poisoning (but you are not Starving/Dehydrated/Exhausted/Freezing) then you will end up with "dying for unknown reasons". This would extend to other afflictions like Infection, Blood Loss, etc. Fixed in v0.4 though!

If he did find it in v.01 or .v02, it's a great fluke, since I think the "death reporting" was pretty one-dimensional until one of those updates. In any case, good to have this fixed.
