Error Message and Crash at launch (admin issue?)

I was receiving an error and resulting crash today when I tried opening the game (first time since the week it came out--never had issue then) through the Steam UI. Didn't catch the Windows msg, but checked the log it created and found these lines:

tld.exe caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)

in module tld.exe at 0023:00000000.

Led me to believe there is a permissions issue, despite me being the local admin (personal computer so no group policy conflictions).

Set tld.exe to run as an admin and it seems to have resolved the issue for now..
