The_Hawk35
So I have to bring this up again as it really bugs me.I set my traps for rabbits, and I come back the next day and the rabbits are almost completely frozen. IF the trapped animals can get frozen that way, why can't we preserve meat for weeks in the same way?
elloco999
Outside container used to be much better for storing meat/ fish (cooked and raw). With the last updates, all containers now have the same effect on degradation. Not sure why this was done, but there probably was a way with how it was working. I expect that outside containers will again be better suited for storing food after a future update.
peege
I found frozen meat in a freezer, and used the freezer to store more raw meat. The fridge also had cooked meat in it. It would make sense that you could add some snow to the freezer and have it keep like a real freezer, or fridge, for that matter. I haven't gone and tested the levels of the condition, but I definitely got the impression that it was working. I at least had fun imagining it that way. I would think that storing it out in the cold would at least slow it's decay, while attracting animals.
