Alteration to the flare description once used

The burned out flare retains its description of "a throwable flare, loud enough to scare wildlife". Although this is a minor point, I do believe it should have an accurate description, something like "The burned out remnants of a flare. Not much use now" or "a burnt out flare canister. yet another piece of litter"

It's a petty thing, but I thought it should be adjusted
