I'm getting a limit restriction of 256k when I try to upload an image.

Logang is correct -- The jpg format will definitely save on the file size.

As well, given we'll likely be getting a lot of screenshots throughout the alpha and beta testing, I've set the system to double the filesize limit now. Hopefully that should make it a little easier.
