Crafting uses incorrect amount of time

I crafted a Wolfskin Coat in the Camp Office. Using a Sewing Kit to speed up the process. When you start crafting for 3h you get to the crafting screen with the clock showing you how time is passing by. Time only passes 1,5h. This means I was able to craft my coat not in 50h, not in 25h, but in 12,5h.

I have not tried to reproduce this yet, but I always just crafted for only 3h at a time. It happened every time.

I have a PC, Win8.1 64bit.
