Scavenge for Cloth

In the cabins and other random locations their are mattresses, they should be salvageable for cloth. Any form of crafting for cloth, I have no trouble surviving in all other fields, but my clothing is degrading very very very quickly. This seems like overkill on the decay of clothing.

Yeah and if you scavenge a bed it shoudln't be usable for sleeping... but then again you could just use a bedroll anyway. maybe make bedroll unsable indoors?

Clothing degrades very quickly when you are outside in bad weather. This has been introduced with the last update and will probably be tuned with the next update. Until then, if you stay out of bad weather, the clothing degradation is not much of a problem.

The reason you can't harvest mattresses, blankets etc is balance. You'd get so much cloth you could (way too) easily keep all your clothes in top condition.

Yes, I agree. Now that i'm on a fresh playthrough with all the knowledge I've gained, my various cloths are lasting much longer. I'm not sure how much more balance it really needs. We'll find out.
