Sound Glitch and the use of the First Aid Kit

I'm not sure if anyone else notice this yet, but there's a sound glitch when playing as the female character. For example, while she's drinking water or soda, you'll hear the male voice instead. It doesn't happen every single time. Just once in awhile. Another good fix would be the use of the first aid kit. Like for instance, you get attacked by a wolf, and try to take antibiotics. A message should appear at the bottom of the screen that says "You do not need to take antibiotics." I've seen many videos on youtube where people would be taking and using the wrong stuff to try to get healed.
