#415 Power Lines

I've not seen this mentioned on the board yet, so I will go ahead and mention it here. I was running around on the highway on Coastal Highway, and got to that spot on the road between the log sort and the coastal town where the rock/snowslide is blocking the path. It was really windy so I happened to look up since I noticed the power lines blowing in the wind. Well I happened to notice...the power lines weren't connected to the pole like they should have been.
