Items / Gear Not Saving When Placed In Cabinets / Drawers

I've had this happen now in both regions. I'll place a lot of my gear and food items in a cabinet, save the game, exit the game, and the return, and the items are missing. The game remembers that I've searched and taken items from other cabinets and drawers, but not that I've stored items. Very frustrating.

I was not able to duplicate this. Could you post your player log? Also, were you playing from a previous save?
