I lasted 23 days. On my last day, I got food poisoning from cooked wolf meet at 59% condition. I took antibiotics. And then later that night died in my sleep from exhaustion??? In fact, my health because I didn't sleep for 10 hours after taking the antibiotics dipped to 9% despite having gone to sleep for 2 hours earlier. So I died at 9 percent during a ten hour sleep next to a fire barrel only needing 8 hours sleep. and this from exhaustion??

you can die from exhaustion in real life. But if you get food poisioning, full health or not with or without antiboitics you need to sleep it off, just make sure you got the water. I got food poisoning from a 98% chunk of wolf meat and not an antibiotic on me, I left them all back at the coastal town I took 20 hours to recover, I got down to 15% and hovered there, just staying hydrated and resting
