Bug name - Bugged snow near Carter Hydro Dam

Bug description - There is a snowdrift near Carter Hydro Dam - if You go there, You can't get out

OS - PC

Repro steps - When You standing in front of the doors to Carter Hydro Dam, go left and then go straight till the dam. There is a snowdrift which is too high to get out.

Coordinates in the world: Don't know how to get them, it's near Carter Hydro Dam. I think You know where, I posted screenshots.
