[Boss Anova]

The Long Dark was released years ago. The updates are months in between one another, I paid money for a game that promised me x, y, z but only gave me X, and half of Y. 

When can we start talking about refunds.........?

I'm perfectly happy with the game. If you purchased through Steam you had the opportunity to get a refund within two hours of play, I believe.

The Long Dark is still under active development and we are continuing to deliver high-quality updates on a regular basis. We will be finishing up the WINTERMUTE Story Mode and have grown to provide additional free content in Survival Mode during this time. We believe that we have provided a great deal of content to players and are confident that fans would rather the game be finished in the proper fashion than rushed to completion on an artificial timeline.

It's too bad that you do not feel that you've had the value from your purchase. We hope that you find a game better suited to you.

At this time since we continue towards fulfilling the promise of The Long Dark we are not offering refunds.
