It's not the first time GoG needed more than a week to publish a TLD update. And Hinterland has more than once confirmed that they sent updates to GoG the same day they pushed those updates to Steam.

Unfortunately - unlike with Hinterland - communication with GoG is very cumbersome and AFAIK they never really told why they always delay publication of TLD updates for so long.

It should be noted that we have not in any way changed our process for updating GOG since removing The Long Dark from that store. We have committed to continue to support GOG players and are doing so. We do not believe that if The Long Dark were still sold on the GOG store the update would be released quicker.

Well, seems to me then, if your issue is not really with Hinterland... shouldn't you have, maybe, posted those kinds of complaints on GoG forums/social media instead of here?

To confirm GOG has told us the update is out. @Polynomial-C had said so earlier today but we wanted to check with them before saying anything official.

At this point let's refocus the conversation on Hotfix V1.55 now that a few new players have access to it. The distribution of the update has been discussed enough and everyone should have it (or at least have the option of having it).

I'm still seeing a lot of arrows suspended in mid-air:

It's hard to see, but it's there.

On a positive note, I submitted a bug report some time back that pointed out that the z-order on the clothing paper doll for hats and ear wraps was wrong.

Before you'd see the ear wrap on the outside of the rabbit hat and/or toque or what have you. Now:

Yeah, that is some sweet sweet clothing that guy has. This is my long run guy, currently up to ~680 days. It doesn't really get any better than that. Sure the sprint is totally hosed, but if my clothing's at full and I get hacked by a bear I still have 55% condition after it's over.
