new Rifle spawn

just found a new rifle spawn point at a corpse after you just start off in that cave....after leaving the cave turn left the next time you can and keep on going..you will see a corpse on the ground with a rifle in his hand:-) the picture just shows me holding the rifle i thought about screenshot after i picked it up:-)

There are two caves--the one between the Camp Office and the Lake Cabins, on the Western Access, or the one between the Southern Access and the Dam (with a hunting box right outside)?

Either way, whew, that's pretty off the beaten track.

Spawn locations are randomized, so unfortunately it's not that easy! You can start up behind Clearcut, near the Dam, at a cave or two, by the river...

i'm guessing you're talking about the cave at the mystery lake, which you enter from the valley that connects the camp office and the 3 lake cabins. i actually found a corpse with a rifle too, in the exact same spot as you described. however, in a later game, neither the corpse nor the rifle were there.

Just confirming, that rifle spawn is the one near mistery lake cavern, just follow the path behind that office house, got my first rifle there... and died 15 seconds later trying to shoot a wolf without bullets lol

I just found a rifle spawned in the back seat of a car - specifically, the car at the far south-eastern end of the coastal highway map (past the waterfront cottages on the road).

I found a rifle in the fishing shack nearest Waterfront Cottages.
