suggestion Snow shoes and/or skis

I think snow shoes or skis should be added. Help with moving long distances. A con could be ease of spraining ankle with snow shoes and if you go down a hill that is too steep on skis you could lose control. Thoughts?

There are collateral issues that would have to be addressed. Some of these issues are probably solidly baked into the game's structure. One thing that would be certain, if there was any real advantages to accrue to the player, then you can bet there will be real disadvantages too.  Sprained ankle would be the least of them.

On skis you can't turn a lot, nor go back. You'd also have to find Ski boots, which doesn't exist in Interloper. Advantages would be reduce calorie consumption while moving, which is not a problem until interloper. I see some circle here...
