White screen when entering coastalhouseb

I exited coastalhouseb where I had a number of items stored.

Found a wolf outside starting to approach and growling so I turned around and went back into the house.

Screen was white with a very bright light centered in the screen - this moved to stay centered as I moved the view around.

Below me was a large white square.

Screen shot attached.

Exited the game and reloaded and it was working fine again.
