So far (days 1 - 3) fuel burns twice as long in 4DON.  For example, a piece of cedar or coal (Firestarter 1) adds 2 hours duration to my indoor fire.  I've seen the same double duration for other fuels.

I haven't tested outdoor fires.  I've read the +duration effect actually scales with very cold weather, but I don't know the actual math.  So, being lazy, I just plan for indoor times and adjust for actual times when I see them.
