Escape key equivalent on Xbox

Hi guys. To quit an action eg eating what is the equivalent of the escape key on the Xbox ? Can it be done ? I've looked but can't find out...

not sure sorry. anyway i just created a new wiki page for controller buttons here https://thelongdark.wikia.com/wiki/Control_Buttons

Maybe other play station and xbox gamers can fill in those sections.
