Interloper beach combing

as many of you know beach combing is game mechanic which basically allows you to get resources that aren't renewable, such as cattails and cloth. But you can also find broken arrows, bullets, flares, saplings, and hats. Now i'm not very concerned about the others, but hats and sapling's i am curious about. Do they wash up on interloper? Or interloper level loot? Because it does take a while to run out of arrows and bows, but eventually you will, and you will run out of hats to wear. So do these things wash up or are all interlopers doomed to die since all there resources dry out?

Hats almost positive they do....unless they changed this in the last year.

Saplings not sure about at all....

@GELtaz is a master beach comber....I'd ask if he's ever seen a sapling spawn....

I have seen Saplings. Both birch and maple. The hats I have seen and got, were on 0%. Not sure if it is because i was over day 100. The only "juicy" thing i have found is a flare shell.
