Food poisoning effect adds up

I got food poisoning two times in a row, and when I try to take antibiotics (1 pill) nothing happens, just button click sound. When I take two pills it works - "Take Antibiotics" checkbox is checked.

I'll try to reproduce it again to be sure.

Not a bug - it currently takes 2 pills by design in the current versions afaik

I think there should be some indication of pills shortage, like different sound or notice.
