inventory filter not working

I sprained my ankle (while being chased by a wolf) so I opened my inventory and selected the first aid filter to use some painkillers. But for some reason, my food items (previous selected filter) were still displayed. I figured I had clicked the wrong value in the drop down, but when I wanted to select first aid again, I saw it was already selected. By then the wolf was on me so I couldn't make a screenshot.

I'm wondering if it's just my brain playing tricks on me, cause the filter has always worked just fine and it sure picked a very bad time to pull this joke on me.

Wasn't able to reproduce this. Please let us know if it happens again.

Haven't seen this again myself either. I'll let you know if I do encounter it again and I'll try to get a screenshot then.
