Fixed Cooking Skill Mechanic

With v1.35, as far as meat goes, the cooking times were fixed as far as time per kilo. I'm suggesting that Hinterland also fixes (our favorite exploit) cooking 0.1 kilos for the same skill points as a full kilo; making meat cooking skill time-based similar to meat harvesting will go a long way in making the game more realistic.

Not just the cooking time, but also the eating - why does it take the same amount of time to eat 0.1kg as it does to eat 1.0kg.

Same with drinking - a 0.1L top up takes the same time as a 1.0L fill up
