Burning Bridges
My bedroll is already at 24% percent, and I still cannot repair it. It will be gone in a few weeks, although I have pleanty of cloth and sewing kits. Why isn't it included in the list of repairable items? I don't think that this would be a lot of work, would it? And it would be especially important since it's a unique item.
Incariuz
I never noticed that it needs to be repaired, or that it can't be. However I almost never use it, have used it maybe twice on a 30 day playthrough now. But I agree it should be repairable.

Burning Bridges
I don't even think you lost it, it will have reached 0% condition and disappeared. Otherwise why wouldnt you find it again. If I hadn't stored my bedroll for 40 days in a corpse and only carried it when I need it, it would be long gone. that's why I am making this post, I cannot delay the death of my bedroll for more than a few weeks without repair. BRAINSTUDIO
Right. any case support the hidea to repair it.
elloco999
It should be repairable and it should not degrade any faster than clothes do when not in use. That said, I probably wouldn't repair it anyway...But if it's repairable and certainly if we can find more of them around the world, it should also be harvestable! Burning Bridges
yes/same line of thoughtalthough it is a unique item, and it can be useful, so I would never harvest it unless my life depends on 1-2 pieces of cloth (unlikely).

I'm at day 33 in my current life(v1.56) and my bedroll is at 90% condition. I store it inside one of the large drawer inside the desk beside the medical container in Camp Office. I thought it's not even deteriorate or just very slowly.
elloco999
Well, you said it: you store it in a container. It probably just degrades very slowly in a container but if you keep it lying on the floor or carry it with you/ use it, it will degrade much faster. Burning Bridges
Many people put their bedroll on the floot and found out about degradation when it was already too late.
Burning Bridges
seems the bedroll takes no damage at all now, if that is the case the suggestion is moot
