It's the tractor on the gas station in Coastal Highway.

It wasn't during the aurora. Also yeah.

I'm also getting this bug. It's not urgent or essential, it's just as aesthetic issue. In fact, it makes for a great place to pass the time, but it's still a bug. Depending on the number of interactions that are causing it, it could be a simple or complicated fix but it would still need fixing.
