FIXED: [Bug] Snow Block

I encountered a strange bug upon spawning in to the Coastal Highway area. I spawned on the train bridge. To the left of the bridge there was a giant rectangular block of snow (About the size of a trailer in-game). Unable to repro the bug as of right now, but I will update if I make any progress.

Yeah I have the same block there, but I'm not sure whether that is a bug or a feature.

This issue was fixed in v.153 (along with Mr. Pink Rock).
